2. Fulfillment Policy

Event Services

• Upon booking a photobooth rental or photography service, you will receive an email confirmation.

• A pre-event logistics email will be sent approximately 1–2 weeks prior to your booking.

• Setup and delivery are included unless otherwise specified in your contract.

Physical Products

• Processing time: 3–5 business days before shipment.

• Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days.

• International delivery: typically 7–21 business days.

• Tracking numbers are provided where available.

Digital Products

• Digital files (e.g., event photo downloads) are delivered via email link within 48 hours after your event.

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 8/1/2025

EVENT RENTAL Bookings

• All photobooth rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

• Cancellation <14 days before event: 50% refund if fully paid.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund.

Physical Products

• Refunds available for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of damage may be required for processing.

• No refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@autophoto.org with your order number and details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
